We are a growing duly licensed non-deposit taking microfinance institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, dedicated to providing affordable and accessible digital financial solutions to individuals and small and medium enterprises in Malawi.

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Officer is responsible for directly identifying, engaging, and securing eligible civil servants to achieve individual loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets. Operating within an assigned territory, the role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing the end-to-end loan application process, and strictly adhering to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out Market Campaigns PSM & Affordability checking and recruit new customers within Chitipa
• Identifying new customers and assist the clients in filling of the Online loan application forms and all related documents.
• Selling of Government Payroll loans to the Civil Servants and raising awareness on company products.
• Acting as a liaison between the Liwiro Finance Limited and Civil Servants and submit them for disbursement.
• Assist in compiling of all the loan application documents from the customers and submit them online.
• Research market trends, competitors’ activities, for other competitor’s financial services.
• Any other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Anyone working under any government Institution who is willing to participate as a part time income generating job.
• MSCE holder, Diploma and Newly Graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or any related qualification will have an added advantage.
• Experience in any financial institution will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• High self- esteem with confidence.
• Must be a Malawian citizen staying within Chitipa having knowledge of PSM processes will have an added advantage.

THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE ACTIVE SMARTPHONE AND NATIONAL ID
