Liwiro Finance Limited, a licensed non-deposit taking microfinance institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, is expanding its sales network and is inviting applications from motivated and self-driven individuals to market its Civil Servant Loan Product in Karonga and Rumphi Districts.

Areas of Focus

Karonga District

Karonga Boma, Songwe, Chilumba, Hara, Kaporo,

Rumphi District

Rumphi Boma, Bolero, Livingstonia, Mzokoto, Phwezi

Only applicants residing in, or with strong knowledge of, the above areas are encouraged to apply. Applicants must indicate their preferred area of operation in their application.

Key Requirements

• Minimum qualification: MSCE.
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in direct sales, banking, microfinance, insurance, telecommunications, solar products or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Retired civil servants and applicants with strong networks within government institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must own an Android smartphone and possess a valid National ID.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market campaigns and recruit new customers.
• Promote Liwiro Finance Civil Servant Loan Products.
• Assist clients with digital loan applications and required documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with government institutions and employees.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
