ABOUT THE ROLE

Malawi Airlines Limited is a registered partnership company with shareholding between Malawi Government and Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise. It is the national flag carrier operating B737-700, B737-800 and Q400 Aircrafts, with direct flights to regional cities of Johannesburg, Lusaka, Harare, Nairobi, Entebbe and Dar es Salaam, besides daily domestic flights between Lilongwe and Blantyre.

The airline offers warm and friendly service to make customers feel at home and plays a vital role in promoting tourism and trade by providing value-for-money services to all destinations it operates. Malawi Airlines has excellent on-time performance and baggage handling services.

To keep its promise and in line with its growth strategy, the airline intends to recruit a Driver (Head Office) based in Lilongwe. The position holder will be reporting to the Human Resources Administrator.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's licence – C1 PG category.
• MSCE.
• At least 3 years' experience.
• High level proven integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling crew pickup and office related errands.
• Maintaining log books.
• Cleaning the vehicles.
• Strictly adhering to the safety and security standards of Malawi Airlines.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
