DRIVER-3 POSITIONS

Hallmark Limited is seeking three professional Drivers: one based in Blantyre, Branch Office and two based in Lilongwe, Head Office, to provide safe, reliable and efficient transportation and logistical support across the Company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport authorized passengers, documents, equipment, materials, and Company property.
  • Plan routes and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Comply with road traffic laws, safety standards, and Company policies.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects or incidents promptly.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, security, and roadworthiness.
  • Keep accurate logbooks, mileage, fuel, and trip records.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained according to approved schedules.
  • Support client visits, procurement, events, supply chain activities, and movement of equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with management, employees, clients, suppliers, and the public.
  • Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
  • Valid C1 Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven professional driving experience.
  • Corporate, company, or institutional driving experience is highly desirable.
  • Clean and verifiable driving record.
  • Good knowledge of major roads and business locations across Malawi.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance and fault-identification knowledge.
  • Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, reliability, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Professional, courteous, and presentable at all times.
  • Physically fit and willing to undertake local and long-distance journeys.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
