Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services while ensuring the proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Main Duties

  • Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Ensuring timely transportation of staff, visitors, goods, or materials as assigned
  • Conducting routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle logbooks and fuel records
  • Ensuring the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times
  • Complying with all traffic regulations and company policies

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
  • Valid and clean driving license
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience in a busy office
  • Ability to understand, follow, and execute instructions accurately
  • Ownership of a smartphone and proficiency in using communication applications such as WhatsApp
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and professionalism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required
