We are hiring: Finance Coordinator

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
  • Manage daily financial transactions including cash management, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support preparation and monitoring of organizational and project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with finance, procurement, and cost allocation policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Support financial audits and donor financial reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the programs team to track project expenditures.
  • Ensure financial accountability and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a young woman aged between 20 and 35 years.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
