JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Filing customer files and documents
• Creating and organising customer loan files
• Verifying loan applicants and next of kin before submission for approval
• Checking the accuracy of customer information captured in the loan management system
• Assitng in verifying the completeness of loan files before processing
• Supporting team members with general office tasks, attending meetings, and taking notes
• Interact with clients, onboard new clients, and educate them on repayment schedules and loan terms

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
• Commitment to customer service
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
