Responsibilities or duties

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with luggage upon departure.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions in Lilongwe, and transport options.
• Run errands for guests and hotel operations as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• MSCE or above.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Good knowledge of Lilongwe and its attractions is highly desirable.
• Valid Malawian driver's licence is an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
