Job Overview

To support the Human Resources function through effective recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.Career counseling services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Support payroll, training, and performance management processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
