JOB DETAILS:
We are a growing Conferencing and Recreation Centre in the Bvumbwe area and are looking for:
HEAD CHEF
- An accomplished Chef with experience in supervising other Chefs
- A recognized Diploma or Certificate in Food Production
- At least 5 years’ experience in a good and busy Restaurant
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Creating, costing and pricing menu items, recipes and developing diverse and high quality dishes.
- Controlling and directing the food preparation and presentation process.
- Supervising and working closely with other Chefs.
- Controlling stock
- Ensuring cleanliness and Hygiene in the kitchen.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
