VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Head Teacher

Ntchisi Private Secondary School is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Head Teacher.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a healthy and safe environment for learning.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance the quality of teaching.
• Monitor and evaluate the overall progress of the school.
• Coordinate effectively with Heads of Departments.
• Engage parents to support student success.
• Facilitate classes when necessary.
• Supervise and mentor teachers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
• At least five (5) years experience as a Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher.
• Age range: 35 to 55 years.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
