ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional HEAD OF SECURITY to lead and manage all aspects of our security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security strategies to ensure the safety of people, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures
• Lead, manage, and train the security team
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and incident response protocols
• Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies when required
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Investigate security incidents and produce detailed reports
• Provide regular security briefings and reports to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior security management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and crisis management
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Background of any military training will be added advantage
• Clean background record
• Physically Fit
• With minimum of 3 years of experience
