Horizon Global Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, motivated and results-oriented candidates to join our team in the following positions.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential employee personnel records.
  • Support recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, notices and other official HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and employee movement records.
  • Support payroll preparation and verification of employee information.
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Support the administration of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Assist with employee induction, training, and other HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain an efficient and well-organised filing system.
  • Ensure compliance with Company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR administration.
  • Sound understanding of HR practices, procedures, and employment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.
