Background
Atlanto Security Limited, a leading and growing security services provider, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Officers to join our teams in Blantyre and Lilongwe. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals looking to build their careers in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to industrial relations, employee engagement, and compliance within a structured organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, exits, and employee development processes.
- Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policies.
- Handle industrial relations matters, including representing the company in labour cases.
- Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Administer workers’ compensation claims and processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Malawi labour laws and HR best practices. Malawi business directory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
