2. ICT Technician (General)

Key Responsibilities

• PC and laptop repair, diagnosis, and upgrades (RAM, SSD, OS)
• Software installation, antivirus deployment, and system optimisation
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• IT equipment testing and quality assurance before sale
• Support corporate clients with basic IT issues
• Assist in bulk supply preparation and dispatch

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with PC hardware and software components
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Diploma/Certification in electronics is an added advantage
