Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lilongwe for an Implementation & Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage and execute the implementation of software solutions for clients, ensuring efficient deployment and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing client support, troubleshooting issues, delivering training and guidance on using the platform, and collaborating with teams to improve customer experience and product functionality. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Implementation, with a focus on deploying and configuring solutions to meet client requirements
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and address customer needs effectively
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Analytical Skills to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions
- Familiarity with e-commerce systems and platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic team setting
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred
