Role Overview
The Investment Research Intern will work closely with the investment team to conduct
macroeconomic and sectoral research, analyze economic and market data, and prepare professional
reports to support investment and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in macroeconomic research, including analysis of GDP growth, inflation, and interest rates
* Support tracking of fiscal and monetary policy developments and their potential impact on the
Trust’s investments
* Help analyze sector- and industry-specific economic trends relevant to investment opportunities
* Assist in maintaining and organizing economic data, reports, and research documentation
* Support preparation of research briefs, economic reports, and presentations for internal review
* Contribute to modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis under guidance from senior analysts
* Participate in discussions and debates about economic events and their impacts on sectoral investment avenues
* Support strategic research projects and ad hoc economic studies as assigned by senior analysts
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary economic and financial information
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas: Economics, Banking and
Finance, Finance, Development Economics, Investment Management, Business administration
with Finance specialization from an accredited university. While prior work experience is not
required, candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
