Tropha Estates Limited (“Tropha”) is a leading agribusiness in Malawi, specializing in the cultivation, processing, and export of high-quality macadamia nuts, chilli, and paprika. We are a leader in Malawis macadamia industry, pioneering the use of irrigation on macadamia and introducing newer, more productive varieties. Responsible for implementing the agricultural strategy and overseeing all day-to-day operations for approximately 250 hectares of macadamia orchards. This includes managing crop productivity, quality, irrigation, nutrition, pest management and harvesting. The role will lead and manage a team of Field Supervisors.

• Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in agricultural management, with a preference for orchard management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
