Duties and Responsibilities

• Allocating and monitoring labour in all field operations, ensuring that tasks are performed according to the recommended standard.
• Preparing time sheets to initiate the process leading to proper payment of work.
• Ensuring that an inventory of tools for the assigned block is up to date and well maintained.
• Complying with Quality and Safety Standards in carrying out all duties.

Job Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Must have 2 years of work experience in Agriculture Operations.
