Background
Office Plus Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Development Officer to join our team at our Blantyre branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effictive marketing strategies and client engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and o5line)
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- A certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- A diploma in a related field will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
