JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary
Responsible for all first-line preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs of Thulwe Farm’s dedicated fleet, including tractors, implements, motorcycles, and pumps. This role requires working independently to ensure maximum machinery uptime and safety.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Grade 2 Trade Test (or Diploma) in General or Diesel/Plant Mechanics.
- 3-5 years’ experience, specifically with agricultural tractors and implements.
- Must be a proactive self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must adhere to all company safety policies and the Conditions of Service.
