The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Media Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop proposals and close high-value deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage client accounts and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Follow up on outstanding payments (debt collection)
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Provide market and product feedback to internal teams

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree (Business, Marketing or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (media/advertising preferred)
  • Experience working with Sales CRM systems
  • Strong B2B sales experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Results-driven, self-starter with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Effective team player with strong relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel across Africa
