Mr P Pharmacy is seeking a Nurse to join their team.

Responsibilities

Provide wellness checks, screenings, and patient counselling.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Must be registered with the relevant professional body where applicable.
• Preferably someone who has worked in a pharmacy before.
• Strong patient care, counselling, and communication skills.

Key Duties

• Provide basic health checks and support wellness services offered by the pharmacy.

• Conduct BP checks, blood glucose tests, malaria testing, pregnancy testing, and related services where applicable.

• Offer health education, counselling, and support for clients with chronic conditions such as BP and diabetes.

• Maintain professional patient records and uphold confidentiality at all times.
