JOB DETAILS:
PART-TIME ROLE
- Lead theatre for development and youth outreach activities
- Facilitate HIV awareness, sexual & reproductive health, and relationship education
- Mentor and supervise youth ambassadors
- Strengthen the visibility and branding of Mbedza across communities and partner organisation
- Build partnerships with community, schools, health facilities, and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Community Health, Theatre for Development, HIV Management, youth management or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in youth or community programmes
- Strong knowledge of HIV prevention, SRH, and relationship education
- Experience in community mobilisation and public engagement
- Strong communication and leadership skills
