5️⃣ Quality Controller Officer
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Role Summary:
Responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across AgriKwik products and services, ensuring compliance with operational and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor products from farmers, suppliers, and partners for quality compliance.
- Verify moisture content, foreign objects, and overall product standards.
- Report quality metrics and discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer operations teams to ensure quality control.
- Train staff, agents, and partners on quality standards and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in quality control, laboratory, or agricultural product inspection.
- Knowledge of agricultural standards and testing procedures.
- Strong analytical, observational, and reporting skills.
