JOB DETAILS:
OVERVIEW
Fortune Construction Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantitiesMalawi job market
- Manage project costs and ensure value for money
- Monitor project progress and control expenditure
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and project reports
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and cost control
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and analytical skills
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
