Requirements:

Experience within the financial services industry preferably Microfinance or Insurance is essential.

A good command of English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role. Priority will be given to Agents who already reside in Select’s areas of business.

Certificate in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in MFI products or services.

Strong ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
