AgriKwik is seeking dedicated, results-driven professionals to join our operational teams.
1️⃣ Sales & Marketing Officers
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Role Summary:
Sales & Marketing Officers will drive platform adoption, generate leads, onboard clients, and promote AgriKwik’s services. Earnings are primarily commission-based to reward revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across farmers, buyers, and agro-dealers.
- Promote AgriKwik’s platform and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track leads, sales, and marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with CCO and marketing teams on campaigns and events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with agricultural or digital marketplaces is an advantage.
