Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
- Experience in financial services, SACCOs, banking, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and conduct member recruitment activities.
Work Hours: 8
