Job Overview:

iSON Xperiences is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to join its Human Resources team in Lilongwe. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive HR support by managing recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, contract administration, HR compliance, employee engagement initiatives, payroll support, and HRMS administration.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of labour legislation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic call centre environment.

Qualifications & Experience: -

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in Human Resources,o preferably within a fast-paced corporate or call centre environment.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, labor laws, and HR compliance.
  • Experience using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Knowledge of payroll administration is desired and will provide added advantage.

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • Good understanding of Malawi Labour Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interviewing and recruitment skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Performance-driven mindset with excellent work ethic.
