ShareWORLD Open University has vacancies for qualified persons to take up full-time positions as (1) Senior Lecturer/ Lecturer (2) Examinations Officer, tenable at the Lilongwe campus as follows.

Faculty of Conservation, Environment & Social Development

Position: Senior Lecturer/ Lecturer

Skills specification

Candidates with specific skills and capability to teach the following courses are encouraged to apply:

• Preparedness and Disaster Management
• Early Warning Systems
• GIS and Remote sensing
• Waste Management
• Climate Change Science

Qualification and experience

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science or Disaster management.
• Not less than 3 years teaching experience
• Professional, with high level of integrity.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
