OVERVIEW
Bespat Holding Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and energetic individuals to fill the position of Service Station Attendant at our filling station.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Check air pressure in vehicle tyres; and levels of motor oil, transmission, radiator, battery, and other fluids; and add air, oil, water, or other fluids, as required.
  2. Clean parking areas, offices, restrooms, and equipment, and remove trash.
  3. Clean windshields, and/or wash and wax vehicles.
  4. Collect cash payments from customers and make change, or charge purchases to customers’ credit/debit cards and provide customers with receipts.
  5. Activate fuel pumps and fill fuel tanks of vehicles with petrol or diesel fuel to specified levels.
  6. Order stock, and price and shelve incoming goods.
  7. Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales.
     Sell prepared food, groceries, and related items.
  8. Reconcile daily sales against stocks and declare/account for any shortage/overage.
  9. Receive fuel stock from the tanker by following each and every step required for receiving stock in the absence of Supervisor or in support of the Supervisor.
  10. Regular deposits of cash sales with the supervisor from time to time and as agreed with him/her.
  11. Greet and be courteous to all customers.

Educational Requirements

Not necessary as the company will provide on the job training.
