Solid Construction is seeking to fill three positions for Site Foremen.

Qualifications or requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Construction Management or Trade Test Certificate Grade 1 or CIRA Foremanship Level 2 or any related field from a recognised institution.

Experience needed

Experience and skills:

• Must have more than 8 years relevant working experience in site management, building construction techniques, record keeping and report preparation.
• The incumbent must be of good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all stakeholders, be a self-motivated individual and have the ability to manage multiple construction sites.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 96

Level of Education: associate degree
