About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Developer to take ownership of our entire digital ecosystem. In this role, you will not only build our web platform but also architect and maintain our mobile applications.

We value minimalism and intuitive design over complex code. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our products ranging from designing scalable database architectures and back end logic to crafting pixel perfect user interfaces for both desktop and mobile screens. Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for web applications, as well as cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• System & Payment Integration: Architect and implement robust integrations with third-party systems, CRMs, and external APIs. Specifically, you will design and maintain secure payment gateway integrations (to handle subscriptions, transactions, and financial data securely.
• Database Architecture: Design scalable, and easy-to-use database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) that ensure data integrity, high performance, and seamless synchronization between web and mobile clients.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces. Since we operate across devices, you must ensure that the “user journey” feels native and frictionless whether accessed on a desktop browser or a mobile phone.
• QR Code Ecosystem: Architect and implement features that generate, dynamically read, and manage QR codes. Because our use-case involves mobile camera interaction, you must be comfortable working with WebRTC for web-based scanning and native camera APIs for mobile, ensuring fast and accurate QR detection across all devices.
• API Development: Develop and consume secure RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) to connect the front-end, mobile clients, and third-party services with our core back-end logic.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues across lower-powered mobile devices and high-speed desktop environments.
• Security & Compliance: Implement essential security measures (encryption, tokenization, PCI-DSS awareness) to protect user data, payment information, and prevent common vulnerabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Web & Mobile Development:
  • Front-End (Web): Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js etc
  • Mobile (Cross-Platform): Proven experience building and deploying production-grade mobile apps using React Native or Flutter etc
  • Back-End: Strong experience with server-side languages such as Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).
  • Databases: Experience designing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases, with a strong grasp of data synchronization between multiple clients.
  • Scripting Languages
• System Integration & Payments:
  • Proven experience integrating with third-party REST/SOAP APIs and building middleware for system-to-system communication.
  • Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways including handling webhooks, refunds, and subscription management.
• QR Technology:
  • Proven experience working with QR code generation libraries AND real-world experience using device cameras for QR scanning. You should be familiar with the nuances of WebRTC and native camera permissions
• UI/UX & Design Philosophy:
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors (SASS/LESS).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) to interpret design systems accurately.
  • Ability to write clean, semantic code that aligns with accessibility standards (WCAG). We value a keen eye for detail—if a button is 2px off, you should notice it.

Soft Skills
