Duties

• Monitoring national news
• Monitoring daily operation of the desktop version, mobile version, and application
• Monitoring major payment methods daily
• Monitoring SMS betting where available
• Monitoring competitors’ websites for new promotions, offers, and bonuses
• Comparing match availability and odds for certain leagues against our website on a daily basis
• Testing loading speed of desktop, mobile version, and application daily
• Conducting requested tests and searching for specified information
• Monitoring competitors’ offline activities such as BTL, promo, promo materials, sponsorships, and new betting shop openings
• Monitoring competitors’ digital advertising activity
• Searching for local contractors in specified areas
• Searching for local insights from the target audience
• Collecting sports-related social media communities/publics
• Monitoring competitors’ situational marketing

Business Hours

• Monday to Friday, from 9–10 AM until 6–7 PM

Basic Requirements and Tasks

• Complete mandatory tasks daily
• Be online during business hours
• Respond to emails within 1.5 hours

Main Task Summary

• Update checklist files about competitors and collect data for analysis
• Sometimes complete additional quick information update tasks

Candidates must have access to both mobile and desktop devices, be available online during business hours, and be able to perform daily monitoring and reporting tasks accurately.
