JOB DETAILS:
Background:
RetailMax is expanding and we’re looking for a dynamic Support Executive to join our global team. From Malawi to African Continent to New Zealand, our modular retail management system is transforming operations across borders. Now, we need you to help us deliver world class support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support for RetailMax deployments and operations
- Troubleshoot system issues, installations, and integrations
- Administer and maintain MSSQL Server environments
- Support Windows Server configurations and diagnostics
- Document resolutions and contribute to our support knowledge base
- Collaborate with deployment and development teams across time zones
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of MSSQL Server installation, troubleshooting, and administration
- Experience with Windows Server setup and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support channels

Level of Education: bachelor degree
