DYNAMIC TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS – VACANCY

Technical Supervisor (Money Counting Solutions) – Blantyre Head Office.

Dynamic Technology Solutions is a proudly Malawian owned Information Communications Technology (ICT) company specializing in Banking Technology Solutions, Hardware & Software Supply and Comprehensive IT services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all technicians in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.
• Diagnosis & Fault finding in Counting & Sorting Machines
• Service and Repair of Counting & Sorting machines (hardware and software)
• Delivery of all machines that have been serviced and repaired
• Preparing job cards and follow-up on invoices with Accounts Department.
• After Sales Customer Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years’ work experience
• Valid motor vehicle drivers’ license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Computer Literate with proficiency in Word, Excel & Power Point etc etc.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
