JOB DETAILS:

Katoto Clinic Maternity Wing is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. THEATRE NURSE (2 Positions)

• Education: Minimum of a college diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years practical experience in an operating theatre at a busy hospital
• Attributes: High level of work organization
• Registration: Must be registered and in good standing with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi

Theatre Nurse:

• Provide nursing care in the operating theatre
• Assist during surgical procedures
• Ensure sterilization and readiness of surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety in the theatre

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
