• Onboard all new hires with company induction and core job training.
• Develop training manuals for customer service, driving safety, and systems use.
• Conduct refresher courses on defensive driving for riders/drivers.
• Assess employee performance and identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate with supervisors to roll out new operational procedures.
