Overview
Noble PayLink is seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented **Transaction Services Agent** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating financial transactions through Airtel Money, Mpamba, National Bank Fast Serve, and other banking channels. This role is critical in delivering fast, accurate, and secure transaction services in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently through Airtel Money, Mpamba, National Bank Fast Serve, and other available mobile money and banking platforms.
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, airtime top-ups, money transfers, and other financial services.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (KYC).
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, explaining transaction procedures, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records, reconcile accounts at the end of each shift, and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage cash float and digital wallet balances to ensure sufficient funds for smooth operations.
- Adhere to all security protocols to prevent fraud, errors, and financial losses.
- Promote additional services offered by the business to customers.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary materials.
- Work collaboratively with the business owner and colleagues to achieve daily targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent.
- Proven experience in mobile money services (Airtel Money and Mpamba), banking tellering, or retail cash handling is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with National Bank Fast Serve and other banking platforms is highly desirable.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones and transaction applications.
- Strong numerical skills and high accuracy in calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle cash and sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention practices.
