The Role
The Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photographic content that aligns with the organisation’s communication objectives and engages its audience and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video and photographic content for events and initiatives
- Plan and set up video and photo shoots, including lighting and audio
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content
- Collaborate with the communications team on content development
- Manage and organize video and photo archives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Operate and maintain video and photography equipment
- Conduct interviews and capture field content
- Handle live streaming for events and podcast content
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a videographer
- Strong visual storytelling ability
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with live streaming
Additional Competencies
- Knowledge of social media content trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends
