JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning the restaurant at the beginning and end of every shift to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Serving food and beverages to Guests according to individual guest orders.
  • Laying up tables with clean linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware in accordance with menu of the day to ensure efficiency in the workflow, welcoming guests, taking orders.
  • Presenting bills to guests when they are ready and interacting with them during and after service to get feedback.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, skills, competences and attributes desired:

• Diploma in Food and Beverage service from recognized training institution.
  • A full Malawi School Certificate of Education with credits in English and Mathematics.
  • 2 years’ experience in a related capacity/field.
  • Observant and attentive skills plus cordial and hospitable character.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
