Little Feet Schools is an established childcare center located in the city of Lilongwe at the tip of area 49 New Gulliver. It is dedicated to providing quality Christian child care, interactive learning and a safe environment for the children. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
  • Managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise faculty and staff. Provide ongoing professional development and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement the school’s curriculum and academic programs to meet state and federal education standards
  • Manage the school’s budget, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support educational programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as school policies
  • Overseeing student services and discipline procedures
  • Serve as the primary contact for parents and community stakeholders, facilitating communication and building partnerships to enhance the educational experience

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Must have minimum of 2 years working experience in a school setup
  • Must be reliable and mature
