Little Feet Schools is an established childcare center located in the city of Lilongwe at the tip of area 49 New Gulliver. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records
- Recruit, hire, and supervise faculty and staff. Provide ongoing professional development and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
- Develop and implement the school’s curriculum and academic programs to meet state and federal education standards
- Manage the school’s budget, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support educational programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as school policies
- Overseeing student services and discipline procedures
- Serve as the primary contact for parents and community stakeholders, facilitating communication and building partnerships to enhance the educational experience
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Must have minimum of 2 years working experience in a school setup
- Must be reliable and mature
