Overview

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

AYCT invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Assistant Accountant.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in computer applications, especially accounting software and MS Excel

Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills

High level of integrity and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of financial records and reports

Processing payments, receipts, and maintaining proper accounting records

Supporting budgeting and audit processes

Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
