Responsibilities or duties

Operational Leadership: Supervise daily ATM management operations, ensuring all service deliverable targets (SLAs) are met through strategic resource allocation and timely cash replenishment.

Financial Oversight: Lead the reconciliation of cash residues and conduct thorough investigations into any discrepancies to ensure 100% financial accuracy.

Planning & Forecasting: Coordinate high volume cash logistics, including demand forecasting for public holidays and peak periods to prevent service downtime.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all regional ATM operations remain fully compliant with Group Mandatory Security Principles, regulatory requirements, and internal cash controls.

Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of ATM Custodians, providing the training and support necessary to maintain a high performance culture.

Loss Prevention: Proactively identify operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard assets.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for banking clients, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience needed

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity, ideally within the banking, logistics, or security sectors.
