Key Responsibilities
Operational Uptime & Maintenance
- Replenishment: Ensure ATM terminals are consistently stocked with cash and required stationery (receipt rolls, etc.) per specific order instructions.
- Technical Liaison: Maintain a direct line of communication with the ATM Manager to ensure hardware or software issues are resolved immediately.
- Preventative Oversight: Proactively identify and report potential faults to prevent equipment malfunction before it occurs.
- Site Management: Ensure ATM bunkers are clean, secure, and maintained to G4S and banking standards.
Cash Management & Replenishment
- Strict Adherence to SOPs: Execute cash handling and loading processes in total compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- System Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry into ATM terminals during the replenishment cycle.
- Documentation: Timely return of all critical transit and balance documentation (e.g., CP 31 & 32) to the G4S office.
- Consignment Security: Exercise extreme care and vigilance when transporting cash consignments between G4S vaults and ATM sites.
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Audit Trails: Promptly action all reports listed on trip sheets and update the ATM Manager after every service call.
- Asset Control: Manage the secure retrieval and delivery of ATM journals, captured cards, and withdrawn cassettes to the designated bank or G4S office.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies, Banking, or an IT-related field.
- Familiarity with ATM hardware components (cassettes, card readers, and receipt printers).
- Ability to navigate ATM software interfaces to input replenishment data and pull electronic journals.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve minor mechanical jams or connectivity issues.
- Proven experience in cash handling, CIT operations, or technical field support is highly advantageous.

- Advanced Arithmetic: Ability to perform rapid, error-free cash reconciliations under pressure.
- Procedural Integrity: Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and dual-custody protocols.
- Vigilance: High attention to detail regarding physical security risks and ATM tampering (skimming devices, etc.).
