Overview

The Account Executive – Radio Games will be responsible for managing and growing relationships between MobiPay and partner radio stations. The role ensures smooth execution of radio games and raffles, focusing on performance monitoring, compliance with agreed promotional terms, timely payout of winners, and overall business growth from media partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field from a recognised institution in Malawi
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in account management, media sales, promotions, or radio/marketing-related roles
• Strong understanding of radio programming, promotions, and audience engagement in Malawi
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple stations and campaigns simultaneously
• Good organisational and time management skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially when handling prize payouts
• Basic reporting and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise raffle draws for different media houses
• Manage relationships between MobiPay and media houses
• Manage relationships with radio presenters
• Create jackpots for radio stations
• Ensure winners are paid on time
• Ensure radio stations run promotions in line with agreed terms
