To support this vision, we are seeking to attract high calibre, commercially astute, and relationship driven professionals to join our Enterprise Business Unit as Account Relationship Executives (AREs). The successful candidates will play a key role in driving TNM’s growth by proactively engaging Enterprise and SME customers, delivering tailored, solution based offerings across connectivity and mobile financial services, and building long term strategic partnerships. Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and grow SME and enterprise customers through solution based selling.
- Own and manage customer accounts end to end as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver timely, accountable responses to customer issues and service requests.
- Develop and present tailored, value based solutions to customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with pre sales, technical, and support teams to deliver solutions.
- Coordinate installations, activations, and service changes in line with SLAs.
- Drive upsell/cross sell, manage contracts, billing accuracy, and support revenue assurance.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of proven Business to Business (B2B) sales experience, with a strong focus on SME and corporate customers.
- Relevant industry experience in telecommunications, IT services, fintech, banking, or enterprise.
- Strong solution-selling capability, including effective needs analysis and value-based selling of plans and services.
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts for plan-based offerings.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margins, and profitability.
- Results-driven sales professional with strong prospecting skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent relationship-management abilities.
