VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT

On behalf of our esteemed client, We are inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and results-driven individuals to fill the position of Accountant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Manage day to day accounting operations, including reconciliations
  • Prepare management accounts, budgets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Microsoft Excel Any other accounting and finance related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least three (3) years’ proven working experience in an accounting role Professional qualifications or progress toward ACCA, ICAM, or CIMA will be an added advantage

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting) – Please note that candidates will be examined on their excel capability.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Honest, reliable, and professional
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
