Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of mobile channel accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Managing all tax affairs, adhering to all relevant regulations and filing deadlines.
• Preparation of Company budgets and expense management activities for all departments.
• Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast input
• Performing debtor and creditor reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist with administrative tasks of the company
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a technology company.
• Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with tax filing procedures will be a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS( Software as a service), HaaS ( Hardware as a service), and mobile channel financial considerations will be an added advantage
